I am writing to urge you to reject KOSA, again, as it still poses a significant threat of censorship against any content deemed unsafe by lawmakers. This could be so easily abused and would be a clear overreach of government against free speech and the free exchange of information. That doesn’t make kids safer, but it does make all of us less free. This bill should die in committee, but should you have the opportunity to speak or vote against it, I hope I can count on you to do so.
