Reject Gabbard's nomination for spreading Russian disinformation

I am deeply concerned about the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence. Gabbard has openly amplified Russian propaganda and disinformation, questioning whether the Syrian regime was responsible for chemical weapons attacks, defending her meeting with dictator Bashar al-Assad, and spreading false narratives about US-funded biolabs in Ukraine that could release deadly pathogens. She has demonstrated a disturbing pattern of echoing Kremlin talking points on the Russian invasion of Ukraine, falsely claiming the US provoked Russia and pushing for negotiations that would reward Putin's illegal aggression. Gabbard's repeated alignment with Russian disinformation campaigns and her lack of experience in the intelligence field raise serious doubts about her ability to lead the US intelligence community objectively and effectively. Her nomination risks undermining our nation's security by empowering someone who has actively spread anti-US propaganda from our adversaries. I strongly urge you to reject her nomination and instead appoint a qualified, non-partisan professional committed to safeguarding American interests and confronting authoritarian aggression. Our intelligence agencies deserve leadership focused on facts, not conspiracy theories benefiting hostile foreign powers.
