Regarding Texas’ redistricting scheme, I want to know that you all are prepared to respond in kind if indeed this comes to pass, which it likely will. If laws are such that it will be difficult to redistrict Washington, then amend the laws! I know this will need to be done on a tight timeline, but this is the end game we are talking about. If Republicans take the midterms, it will be all over for what’s left of our democracy and the United States. Please commit do doing whatever it takes to protect our country.
