I am writing to demand that you protect federal employees and contractors who have been wrongly terminated by Elon Musk. Government employees are the backbone of out nation. They ensure that our nation functions. They are protected by due process and can only be terminated for cause with due process by agency actors who oversee their employment. An unelected unvetted billionaire t and his hired minions gave no authority. As such all terminated federal employees must be reinstated. Further Congress should also reinstate federal contracts. Many of these laid off folks are veterans. Many live in Louisiana. Your constituents are being harmed by layoffs as we speak. This is wrong. And it hurts your constituents. Finally, this corruption and graft by Elon Musk must be stopped and all his actions must be reviewed. The Senate and House must subpoena Musk and his staff and hold public hearings where he will be held accountable for his actions. Stop Musk. Stop corruption. Reinstate all federal workers and federal contractors.
