Did you bother to read Project 2025 before you appointed every Trump nominee? Did you read it before you passed the budget bill? Do you feel any responsibility for farmers on the brink of losing their farms? Do your colleagues have any remorse in giving away the power of the purse and leaving it up to the Courts to decide who decides tariffs? I guess not. Or you knew and it's a facade that you care now. The playbook spelled it out. They want family farms to go under. You tell us we need to support farmers because we need food to live. Well, no duh. But corporations are perfectly capable of running farms. And that's the Project 2025 plan. Force farmers to sell, and at a low price. Corporations will swoop in. I'm inclined to believe you're just showboating when you act like you care. You had the power to control tariffs. You had the power to help farmers IN the budget bill. You want a farm bill now? After you created the problem? Why did you create the problem ? Just so you could fix it? And now you might not be able to avoid an 80s style farm crisis. But it's not a crisis for corporations is it? Again, it's in Project 2025. Until you actually hold your own people accountable, your words are empty. The president is the representative of the party YOU belong to. You've been around long enough that voters pay attention to the party of the president. And when he fails them, they take it out on the whole party. I believed in the GOP. You have betrayed the GOP values, and joined the MAGA movement that is destroying everything I loved about this country. Do you have no humility or shame?
