I am appalled that you voted in favor of the budget bill. Defunding SNAP and Medicaid to fund ICE and tax cuts for the rich is despicable. How can you support adding trillions to the national debt for this? The next time a bill is on the table that supports the least of us, you can’t claim fiscal responsibility as a reason not to support it. Obviously money only matters when it is going to help regular folks instead of the wealthy. I am ashamed of what America has become. I am ashamed that my representative supported such heartless action. Make no mistake, this vote will cost lives. I am begging you to please do better in the future. Value the lives of your constituents over the wealth of people who already have plenty. Value human rights and education and caring for other humans.
