As your constituent in Danville KY, I call on you to intervene immediately and stop President Trump’s reckless and unnecessary tariff war on families. President Trump is inflicting a tax on every American household, raising our costs by as much as $830-$1,200 a year. Our Kentucky families and other American families CAN’T afford this! It’s time for you to protect American families and jobs! Instead, of giving us higher prices and lower wages and giving new tax cuts to billionaires and mega-corporations we call on you to: crack down on price gouging, fix our tax code to benefit families and small businesses, invest in U.S. infrastructure, invest in American workers with union protections, child care investments, paid family and medical leave, and quality health care that allow small businesses to thrive and be competitive with big corporations.  America’s families want our government to make it easier to make ends meet, not harder. Stand up against the tariff wars now!
