Please do everything you can to oppose SB 164. This broad bill could mean that lawyers - not doctors - are consulted if a girl or woman needs an abortion. It could allow abusive partners, even rapists, to sue if a victim has an accidental pregnancy loss or chooses to terminate for medical reasons, like needing chemotherapy or having a heart condition that makes pregnancy a serious risk to the mother’s health. Please let me know what you are doing to block this terrible bill - thank you.
