The two ICE officers who shot Alex Pretti, Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez, were both veterans who would not have been impacted be recent thin training in ICE - 8 and 12 years respectively. More training isn't going to change anything! More funding isn't going to train anything. Border Patrol and ICE do employ a lot of Hispanic people - we need to take that into account, but just reform won't change anything about how Miller and Trump's personal army is acting.
