I was furious when I saw Senator Schumer and Rep. Jeffries at a press conference, both unable to say that ICE should lose funding after Renee Good was sh ot in the face. If our leaders can't offer clear, sane policy statements, such as, "The Big Beautiful Bill vastly increased ICE's budget, by taking away your healthcare, and these agents are armed and not well-trained or monitored, and Democrats will stop this," then we need new leadership. I'm tired of feckless, uninspired leadership. It's time for leaders that will take a stand.
