Section 70302 must be removed from this budget bill. It is a direct attack against 1/3 of our Country’s governing body, that is the Judiciary. It would effectively tie Judiciary hands to be able to enforce the law, their very duty and function within the Constitution. By including this into the Budget Bill was sneaky vile on the GOP’s part.
This budget bill is anything but “beautiful”
Sure it’s big - A big healthy tax cut for the super wealthy and a big slap in the face for over 13
Million Americans that will be directly slammed in their ability to survive without medical care. Think about that! Medicaid cuts that can not be absorbed- these are typically the least able to handle such blows. You are willing to have that many poor/disabled/parentless child striped of their medical help? So super billionaires can shelter more money? Plus raise the debt ceiling ?
Stop acting like a drunken frat freshman! Get a grip on reality of your constituents-
We are seeing this budget bill for what it is. It’s no tax cuts for middle class or lower class - only super rich and that isn’t going to fly. Do the right thing
Vote NO.
