To members of Congress, I write you to implore you to do something about the outrageous behavior and destruction of civil liberties - including summary executions twice now - by ICE. ICE is a lawless, rogue operation of thugs hired to do exactly this. As a member of Congress, you have an obligation to stand up for what is right and legal. This must end. I look forward to hearing your response.
