If I pay you to watch my kid and they are in your custody and they commit suicide because YOU didn’t have the proper surveillance equipment to take care of them is that murder? I urge Congress to to view the numbers in hospital and incarceration centers nationwide and consider a management mandatory to prevent these heartbreaking cases of deaths under our Governor and federal governments watches!
