All Democrats must strongly oppose Billy Long for IRS Commissioner. Long’s record makes his intentions clear. As a congressman, he pushed to eliminate income taxes entirely, replacing them with an onerous sales tax that would force working Americans to pay 30% more for basic necessities like food, housing, and healthcare -- while billionaires would pay nothing on their massive stock portfolios and investment income. This is a hard no.
