Attorney General Tim Griffin and Secretary of State Cole Jester announced last week that their months-long effort to identify illegal voters resulted in exactly two (two) convictions among the more than 1.8 million registered voters in Arkansas. That is .0000017% of the votes cast. The system already in place is working. It’s that simple.
