I recently saw a news story about a man who was born on a US military base to a US citizen was deported to Jamaica. Besides the concerns about him not being from Jamaica in the first place, this is deeply concerning to me as a military member who has served with many who have had kids overseas. We need to protect the citizenship rights of children born to US citizens overseas, to include those serving our country.
