Investigate Pam Bondi for Alleged Misconduct and Constitutional Violations

To: Sen. Van Hollen, Rep. Elfreth, Sen. Alsobrooks

From: A constituent in Arnold, MD

February 12

I am writing to urge you to take immediate action to investigate Attorney General Pam Bondi for serious allegations that have emerged during recent Congressional hearings. Rep. Thomas Massie's questioning revealed troubling concerns about her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files and potential obstruction of justice regarding Epstein victims and co-conspirators. During her confirmation hearing, Bondi faced direct questions about the Epstein files that raise questions about her truthfulness under oath. Multiple sources have documented what appears to be a cover-up spanning decades, with victims still denied justice and co-conspirators protected from accountability. The American people deserve transparency about these files and full disclosure of everyone involved in Epstein's criminal network. Additionally, I am deeply concerned about allegations connecting Bondi to the cases of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. These serious matters warrant thorough investigation by an independent body with subpoena power. No public official should be above scrutiny, especially when holding the nation's highest law enforcement position. I am also troubled by the deployment of ICE operations in communities across the country under Bondi's direction. These actions raise constitutional questions about federal overreach, due process violations, and the erosion of state and local authority. The Attorney General's office should uphold constitutional protections for all people, not weaponize federal agencies against communities. The integrity of our justice system depends on accountability at the highest levels. I urge you to support a formal investigation into these allegations, call for Bondi's testimony before relevant committees, and pursue impeachment proceedings if evidence warrants removal from office. The Constitution demands that we hold officials accountable when they betray the public trust. Our democracy cannot function when those charged with enforcing the law appear to be covering up crimes and violating constitutional principles. I ask that you take a public stand on this issue and keep me informed of the actions you take.
