I’m a constituent reaching out to discuss an important healthcare i ssue that affects our community, and me personally — telemedicine. any of the beneficial Medicare telehealth flexibilities permanent. These telehealth expansions, which have been lifesaving for people like me, with ME/CF S, Long COVID, and other chronic illnesses and disabilities, are set to expire on September 30, 2025, unless Congress acts. The Telehealth Modernization Act (S.2709) and the CONNECT for Health Act (H.R. 4206 / S.1261) are bipartisan bills introduced this year that would make m Without telemedicine, I would not be able to see my doctors at all. they depend on. 
I urge you to support these bills to ensure Medicare continues co vering telehealth services and that no one loses access to the care Thank you.
