I urge you to support Sen. Hank Johnson's HR 3544 Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization Act. It needs to be moved to committee as soon as possible. The Supreme Court has too long been stagnant, overly-partisan, and too reliant on single president appointments. It is also far too vulnerable to congressional stalling. HR 3544 introduces staggered 18-year term limits to the SCOTUS, allowing Justices to serve a very meaningful tenure while minimizing presidential and congressional gaming. Please push HR 3544 to committee and speak with your fellow congress members to support it.
