The USPS instituted a rule that changes the reliability of postmarks. The postmark no longer reflects the date that the mail was received by the Post Office but reflects the date it is processed. This makes the postmark meaningless. This is another attempt to undermine mail in voting. Congress must act to have the USPS postmark mail as it arrives, not just whenever!
