I am writing as a Pennsylvania constituent to demand that the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his network be fully pursued, fully public, and fully accountable.
The public and Congress have a right to access the Epstein files, provided that victim identities are properly protected — this is required by law. To date, materials labeled “unredacted” remain heavily filtered, with critical information about powerful individuals obscured while victims’ information has been carelessly exposed. This is unacceptable.
I urge you to take the following actions:
• Ensure that Congress receives the complete, original Epstein files with only legally required redactions to protect victim identities.
• Investigate and, where evidence warrants, prosecute all known co-conspirators and facilitators.
• Require full public reporting on the progress of investigations into Epstein-owned properties, financial networks, and institutional connections.
• Provide oversight to prevent selective concealment or preferential treatment of wealthy or politically connected individuals.
• Hold accountable any officials, including Attorney General , who have obstructed or delayed lawful disclosure.
The American people deserve transparency, accountability, and equal justice under the law. Concealing the truth from Congress or the public undermines confidence in our legal system and perpetuates the very power dynamics that allowed Epstein to operate with impunity.
I urge you to act decisively to ensure the investigation continues fully, publicly, and in compliance with the law protecting victims.
