The jailing of judges for protecting the sanctity of their court rooms is clearly a breach of the Constitution. 3 branches with checks and balances. If a court cannot insure victims, or witnesses, or even the accused are afraid to come to court, we don't have a system of justice. If victims can't come forward we have no justice. If a witness can't come forward, we can't rely on our presumption of innocence until proven guilty. How many times must the President try to circumvent the Constitution? He attacks the freedom of the Press. He attacks Due Process. He defies the Supreme Court. He tries to use Executive Orders to limit free speech. He attacks Judges. He has taken the power of the Congress to impose taxes and approve spending. Donald Trump is NOT A KING! We only have a Dictator if you allow him to be.
