Regarding the Crypto CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633) yea vote submitted; Cryptocurrency has long been the unregulated market and the breeding grounds for vulnerable people to fall scam too. Your yea vote while failed proves over and over again that you have no interest in protecting the constituents you are sworn to represent. Giving corporations or anyone for that matter a leg up to do as they please with less restrictions not only endangers vulnerable older communities but also clears the hurdles for bad actors to emerge. Instead of doing everything you think trump would want you to do, vote in the favor of the people who are at the mercy of this law and future ones.
