I am very concerned by the reports of a bird flu vaccine contract being cancelled. Please clarify who will take on this work, how you will protect Americans and our livestock from this expanding problem, and what this money will be used for instead. Even a small federal government has a responsibility for large scale threats to health. Why are tax cuts for the rich, increased military spending, a military parade on Jun 14, or Trump's golf trips okay but vaccines aren't?
