Please help this US citizen Brian Morales, age 25, born in Denver, who was stopped by CBP agents in Texas during a traffic stop. He told agents repeatedly that he was a U.S. citizen and could retrieve his birth certificate, Social Security card, and medical records from home. Agents refused to look at his documentation, accused him of fraud, and threatened him with five years in prison. Fearing prison and being separated from his daughter, he signed "voluntary departure" papers - but this was under duress, not a free choice. I'm disgusted by this lawlessness and writing because I have empathy unlike some people and think this needs Congressional attention.
