Hello, I am a NYS resident who filed a tax return the last week of January. NYS showed it as accepted the first week of February. It has been stuck on "processing " for over 2 months. This is outrageous, especially at a time when more people than ever are struggling financially. The NYS dept. Of taxation denies that there are any delays. I am calling on my representatives to do all they can to resolve these delays immediately and get the tax payers of New York what they are rightfully owed!
