Today I watched an ICU nurse and American citizen, trying to protect a fellow citizen be executed while being held on the ground. As a physician who works in the ICU this hits particularly hard. As an American, a father, and a human, this is a horrific atrocity. I am asking that you take bold, decisive action. There is simply no good the government can do if it cannot address this brazen and ongoing wrong. There can be no other priority except addressing this issue. I beg of you please act and act now.
