This "big, beautiful bill" is a disaster. So full of awful it's hard to even pick the highlights. A reason these votes are happening in the dark of night. Tax breaks and subsidies for green energy and energy efficiency. Exploding the deficit. Cutting Medicaid -- perhaps the most egregious of all. Many states, including Indiana, rely on Medicaid to care for its impoverished citizens, provide services to the disabled, and literally keep hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes afloat. Delaying the onset will not save you from the backlash if you support these measures. All to keep tax breaks for the wealthiest -- your donors. Vote against this disgusting monstrosity.
