vote NO on the FISA Section 702 reauthorization recently passed by the House. This bill allows the government to search Americans’ private communications without a warrant, which is a direct violation of our Fourth Amendment rights. I ask that you oppose any surveillance bill that does not include a strict warrant requirement for data involving U.S. citizens. Protecting our national security should not come at the expense of our constitutional privacy.
