His unchecked control over national security, economic policy, and critical infrastructure is both unconstitutional and a direct violation of the rule of law. Musk has no legal standing to hold any government position, yet he has bypassed all democratic processes to seize control of vital functions. Unlike confirmed officials, he operates without oversight, directing policy, controlling communications infrastructure, and purging officials deemed disloyal. This is not just unethical—it is illegal. His growing influence resembles a corporate-led coup. Reports suggest forces loyal to Musk have seized key ministries, disrupted federal records, and compromised government networks. His reach extends into national security, overriding decisions meant for elected leaders. If an unelected billionaire can dictate government actions without accountability, democracy itself is at risk. Given the severity of this overreach, I urge you to take the strongest measures possible to stop him: • Launch Immediate Federal Investigations – The DOJ and oversight bodies must investigate Musk’s illegal assumption of power, his role in purging officials, and his influence over government operations. • Revoke Musk’s Control Over Critical Infrastructure – His influence over government networks, federal records, and space infrastructure must be stripped immediately. Starlink and SpaceX require government oversight. • Block Musk from Holding Any Governmental Authority – Congress must pass legislation preventing unelected individuals from assuming government roles. • Suspend Federal Contracts with Musk-Owned Companies – The government must review and terminate contracts with his companies to prevent further abuses. • Enforce Antitrust Measures – Musk’s monopolistic control over industries like space travel and social media must be dismantled to prevent further consolidation of power. Musk’s unlawful seizure of government functions is an escalating crisis that threatens democracy itself. Inaction is not an option.
