The sitting U.S. president has committed several high crimes and misdemeanors for which he will need to be investigated, impeached, and prosecuted but he ALSO just threatened a mass genocide and the obliteration of an entire culture, which is obviously a war crime. If there were ever a time to invoke the 25th Amendment, NOW is that time!!! To quote the maniacal words of the lunatic in chief, Donald J.
