The entire reflecting pool fiasco was a scam. Taxpayers overpaid a contractor. The DC is attorney presented false evidence to please the president and indict an innocent man. While they both lied about it. All the vanity projects are scams. The president and DC attorney are the criminals. And the republicans in Congress that refuse to do anything to stop him. Losers
