The trespasses of the federal government have crossed the line. Your constituents here in California want to withhold our federal contributions as a stat ement to President Trump for blocking federal education funds and countless other violations. We, in the state of California, no longer want to extradite our tremendous resources to a system that is actively working against us. Californians want to take a firm stand. This is a bipartisan issue and the citizens are united.
