I am writing to again demand immediate action in response to President Trump’s unjust and unprovoked war on Iran. File another discharge petition and reassert Congressional Control and get us out of this quagmire as swiftly as possible. On top of harming and endangering people abroad, the cost of living continues to soar at home to pay for this wanton violence. It’s senseless, and enriches the wrong people. We have seen the human, moral, and financial costs of unilateral regime-change wars. We cannot stand another one. You have both the authority and the obligation to act. I urge you to: -Block any funding for this war, i.e. Cut Off the War Machine -Use War Powers Resolutions to force votes to end this war. -Hold Trump administration officials accountable for their crimes and corruption. I urge you to bring as much legislative and third party pressure as possible on Trump and his cronies. Thank you.
