I am writing regarding the horrific Twitter post on X from the official White House account today. That post marked up a screen shot of the NYT cover showing Senator Van Hollen meeting with Kilmar Garcia and, in bright red letters states that the man is "never coming home." Putting aside the wanton cruelty of that message and the abuse that levies on the man's family, that message is a clear assault on due process and makes it clear that this administration will deny anyone of their right to due process and the rule of law. What are you doing to protect the rule of law in America? What are you doing to protect your constituents' rights?
