Demand Immediate Removal of Kushner and Impeachment of Trump, Gabbard, Rubio, and Vance
To: Rep. Quigley
From: A constituent in Chicago, IL
February 13
I am writing to demand that you take immediate and decisive action to address the constitutional crisis unfolding before us. Jared Kushner's unauthorized conduct of American foreign policy while profiting from foreign governments represents a direct threat to our national security that requires your urgent intervention.
Kushner holds no government position, no security clearance, and no constitutional authority. Yet he is negotiating nuclear agreements with Iran, meeting privately with Vladimir Putin to discuss Ukraine, and directing Middle East policy. During this exact timeframe, his investment fund Affinity Partners has collected billions of dollars from foreign investors. This is not a conflict of interest. This is corruption operating in plain sight, and it is your constitutional duty to stop it.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard actively suppressed a highly classified whistleblower complaint for eight months. When the NSA intercepted communications between foreign nationals discussing Kushner last spring, Gabbard violated intelligence protocols by taking the complaint directly to White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles and locking it in a safe. According to whistleblower attorney Andrew Bakaj and reporting by the Wall Street Journal, the Gang of Eight only received a heavily redacted version after public pressure forced disclosure. Gabbard provided security guidance to transmit the complaint to Congress only on the day the story became public.
President Trump has enabled this corruption. Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Rubio have stood by while an unelected private citizen conducts American diplomacy for personal profit. Their complicity makes them equally culpable.
I am not requesting action. I am demanding it. Remove Kushner from all diplomatic activities immediately. Initiate impeachment proceedings against Trump, Gabbard, Rubio, and Vance. Our national security cannot wait for political convenience. The evidence is clear, the violations are egregious, and your oath of office requires you to act now.
