The cancelling of FEMA's Building Resilient Infrastructures and Communities (BRIC) program shows a gross inability and unwillingness to understand the program, it's impacts, and benefits. BRIC provides money to communities to strengthen their infrastructure *before* a disaster strikes so that they're not hit as hard when a disaster does come. This saves money when disaster strikes - around $6 for every $1 invested in it. Stand up to the idiotic and harmful actions by those in charge of things they should not be! Stand for and protect the American people!
