Our National Parks Service brings in an estimated $26 billion to local economies and creates approximately 450,000 local jobs supporting the parks and tourism associated with them. By firing thousands of NPS employees Elon Musk has put these local economies at risk as parks will not have the manpower they need to safely stay open. Our National Parks treasures that belong to the American people. I am outraged at the damage that is being done to them. Do you support these reckless cuts? If so please explain how this helps the American people. If not, what are you doing to restore our National Parks?
