I'm writing from Tualatin, OR to emphasize that it is a crime at both the federal and state levels to deploy military troops or federal agents, including ICE/CBP and the National Guard, to polling places. I urge you to publicly oppose any such proposals by the executive branch. A majority of Americans now suspect that the president will attempt to use ICE to interfere with elections, and you have a responsibility as an elected official to stop corruption and uphold election law.
