Trump's $1.8 billion Treasury fund is theft from the American people, and it demands an immediate impeachment inquiry under Article II, Section 4. This money is not going to genuine victims of government overreach — it is being funneled to January 6 insurrectionists and Trump loyalists, including the family of Ashli Babbitt, a participant in a violent attempt to overthrow a constitutional election.
