Congress needs to investigate and correct DOJ violations of Federal Court orders. Acting AG Blanche needs to explain why the DOJ has a pattern of ignoring court orders.
Liz Oyer, former DOJ pardons attorney, reports that a Federal judge in NJ ordered the local DOJ office to submit a report, under oath, of the number of violations in a 2 month period. They actually did: 56 violations of court orders, mostly on immigration issues.
In January of this year in Minnesota the number was over 70 violations in the month.
We need reports from all other states, under oath, of the number of violations of court orders and the type.
It is absolutely ridiculous that the DOJ is out of control, or deliberately defying court orders, under former AG Bondi and deputy, now acting AG Blanche. All the more reason that Blanche should not be confirmed if his name is submitted for confirmation. He is either incompetent or deliberately disobeying court orders.
