Why Are Epstein’s American Associates Still Free?

February 23

Young girls were trafficked, abused, and silenced by one of the most powerful criminal networks in modern American history. They came forward. They testified. They waited. And the men who funded, enabled, and participated in Jeffrey Epstein’s operation are still walking free — living comfortable lives while the survivors who accused them are still waiting for justice. That ends now. Or it should. I am writing to demand that you make it so. Since the release of the Epstein files, governments around the world have acted with a seriousness of purpose that puts the United States to shame. Britain arrested Prince Andrew. Norway charged a former Prime Minister. France opened two criminal investigations and assigned five dedicated magistrates. Latvia launched a human trafficking probe. These countries looked at the same documents available to American prosecutors and found more than enough reason to act. Here in the United States — the country where most of this abuse took place, where Epstein built his network, where survivors live and where records are held — not one American associate has been arrested. Not one new investigation has been opened. Instead, the DOJ issued an unsigned, unsourced memo claiming there was insufficient evidence to even investigate uncharged third parties. That claim is flatly contradicted by the actions of every foreign government that has reviewed the same material. Ghislaine Maxwell did not run this operation alone. The files prove it. The FBI’s own diagrams prove it. Prosecutors had already identified co-conspirators and drafted memos on who could be charged. That work was buried. Your constituents deserve to know why — and by whom. A Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 69% of Americans believe the Epstein files prove that powerful people in this country are rarely held accountable. They are not wrong. And they are watching you. I am asking you to do four things: •Demand that independent federal agencies—-not DOJ and FBI —-immediately open investigations into American individuals named in the Epstein files and explain publicly why no action has been taken. •Convene or support Congressional hearings that compel DOJ and FBI leadership to testify under oath about their inaction and the basis for the memo dismissing further investigation. •Push for full, unredacted release of all remaining Epstein documents so survivors, journalists, and the public can access the complete truth. •Centrailze survivor protection in every step of this process. Their safety and testimony must come first. This is not a partisan issue. Republicans and Democrats alike have called for action. What it is — what it has always been — is a test of whether the rule of law in this country applies to the powerful or only to everyone else. History is recording your response to this moment. So are your constituents. The survivors have waited long enough. They deserve to see justice done — not promised, not studied, not deferred. Done. Please act. Now. Respectfully, A Concerned Constituent
