So Trump not only kidnapped the leader of a sovereign nation (who is a dirtbag, no two ways about it), now he’s declaring that he is taking that sovereign nation’s oil, will sell it, and will personally control the money gained by the sales. Not Congress, but him. Personally. How in God’s name can you sit by and allow this? This is not only illegal, it’s straight up mob boss behavior! The President of the United States is stealing another nation’s oil to enrich himself! Look, I know you’re a loyal Republican and that you love your mad god-emperor. But, Jesus Christ, have you absolutely no regard at all for the office you hold? For the laws of this nation? For the Constitution you swore to uphold and defend? You are (allegedly) a lawyer. Have you just forgotten everything you learned in law school? We both know that if a Democratic President tried this, you’d be holding impeachment hearings at this very moment. And rightfully so! Well, your guy should be impeached. NOW. If you do nothing now, the crimes will only get worse and your cravenness more pathetic. How far are you willing to debase yourself to please him? How low are you willing to see this nation sink? How many principles (and I do you the courtesy of assuming you have those) are you will to toss into oblivion? Just how irrelevant are you willing to see Congress and the Constitution become? Pull your spine out of storage and STOP THIS. Stop HIM. Uphold the law of this land! Impeach him! DO YOUR DAMNED JOB!
