Dear Trump and Congress and DOJ ; what’s up with states transferring inmates out to other states? How many states do this? Sounds like you need to restructure the funding cause y’all profit sharing from one state to another? States attorneys and @fbi should link up to see how much this is costing our taxpayers in order to keep taxes low we have to work on infrastructure. Much respect and responsibility to you
