ICE has overstepped its boundaries. Do not approve any Department of Homeland Security appropriations Bill that increases their funding. Further, it shou ld be clear that ICE agents are not immune to the law and must face consequences for violence against civilians and must respect due process. Ideally neither ICE nor border patrol agents would be allowed to carry guns. DHS funding needs to be reliant on reining in the violence of ICE and BP.
