Congratulations on the Blue Wave! Last night was truly inspiring. However what fills me today is urgency. I am writing as your constituent with a serious message: you must make good. We are beginning this term with control of house and senate. If you waste this term, I fear for all of us. We the people cannot tolerate seeing Democrats once again fail to use the power you have to redress wrongs, and tell us you're sorry, you tried. You must hold criminals in office accountable. You must break up the technofeudal corporations that are destroying society. You must restore and enact accountability. You must do everything in your power to win this, because if you don't, the people will not turn out for you again. We do not want bridges and bipartisanship and reconciliation: we want consequences for those who are trashing our norms and breaking our laws and carving out loopholes for themselves, meaning public officials as well as corporations. For God's sake, do not fail this time. You must stop failing.
