Please vote to protect NPR and PBS. These are fundamental American services. As someone who grew up watching Sesame Street and bought an actual TV antenna several years ago to watch All Creatures Great and Small, losing public broadcasting would be devastating to me. Gutting of fundamental services only further cements the Trump administration's authoritarian leanings in the eyes of many Americans. If you support cuts to vital public services, you risk turning the American public against you. We the people will remember who decided to take away institutions we've relied on and enjoyed for years in order to fund tax breaks for the rich. I'm asking you to prove Republicans are not willing to bow to a want-to-be dictator by standing against cuts to NPR and PBS. NO MORE CUTS TO PUBLIC SERVICES!!!!!
