With all of the tax dollars that they have taken to make ice better paid than the French military in entirety, I as a taxpayer, and I feel most taxpayers demand that there is a uniform, uniform implemented immediately with badges that have identification numbers and names on them since they of decided to cover their faces. I also want to remind the ice agents that they must identify themselves to anyone who asked just like any other agent serving the people of the United States of America. They also needs to be a change in the vehicles that they use and must be using uniform vehicles with government license plates to identify themselves. There are too many instances of people being abducted by men with masks who are identifying themselves as ice, also people are being robbed and put in zip tie handcuffs in their businesses by people identifying as ice agents. Since the Trump administration wants to keep the mask in place, there must be a uniform hat, a uniform shirt, a uniform pair of slacks, a uniform shoe a uniform gun belt with uniform vest that has the exact same writing on every officers vest , ICE POLICE, and as stated earlier a badge with unique number for the officer or agent along with their name first with last initial, and they must identify when being asked who they are and badge number. Also, with all the money being used for ICE their training must become uniform as well and they must pass a rigorous background check with the same scrutiny that any law-enforcement agent would have to go through to get a badge and allowed to carry a firearm. This must happen immediately because our tax dollars are not to be used for underground where you serving the American public freedom rights as given in the constitution, everyone also deserves the Habeas Corpus Definition and Purpose; Habeas corpus is a petition filed by persons in custody requesting the court to review their detention circumstances. Also known as the 'Great Writ', it is a Latin term meaning 'you shall have the body.' Arrested persons file this writ if they feel that their rights were violated or there were factual errors about their detainment. The rights provided by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution; “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”
