Vice President Harris - please revisit your campaign strategy. Whoever decided a pivot to the Cheneys and “having a Republican in the cabinet” would result in a better electoral outcome has lost their mind. When was enthusiasm at its greatest? When you represented fresh energy and positive change. When did your campaign have momentum among your base? When authentic speeches from Walz and yourself were keeping progressive policy and pressure on republican weirdness at the forefront. All your effort to court moderates is foolish if the enthusiasm for those that will certainly vote for you is sapped to the point that a large fraction may not vote at all. Don’t blame your base if you fail because you are failing to represent the values and needs of the American people in favor of insular strategy recommendations that repeatedly fail. Sometimes it seems like the Democratic Party wants to lose…. Please reconsider.
