No budget deal without restrictions

There's a fight on the budget right now, and the GOP needs democrats to vote with them to pass the bill because of their fractious infighting. Democrats are holding firm that a budget bill must have limitations of the president's unlawful seizure of appropriated funds, and they are right to do this. I would rather the government shut down because of Republican ineptitude than have the bill pass because Democrats relented on this good and correct stand.
